I pushed c3c3d52 which adds the trailing newline for consistency with other files. I'll add an editorconfig file to indicate such formatting details coming up.

Description
Release team for the FogROS 2 packages. Release process is currently being tracked at BerkeleyAutomation/FogROS2#15 1. Currently the packages have upstream repositories only, so I would like to also request that new release repositories are made on this org.
