USGS Spectral Library

This tool is being developed to visualize and analyze USGS Spectral Library Version 7 Data

Download the file usgs_splib07.zip from https://www.sciencebase.gov/catalog/item/5807a2a2e4b0841e59e3a18d
Extract the contents of the zip file and keep the folder structure
For the moment use the Juypter Notebook USGS-Spectral-Library-001.ipynb
Change the the variable path_main_usgs to the folder where the zip file was extracted -example Path("../../data-sets/usgs/splib07")
