Added a feature where it tells the user that there are no teams currently available, when they've joined all the possible teams that were available before.

Issue #398
When you click on 'join a team', it will now show the user that there are no available teams - IF the user has joined all the possible teams. If they haven't joined all of the teams, it will show the available teams they can join, and I have also added a button that redirects the user to their already joined teams.
