I refactored the whole README, mostly using ChatGPT. I also modified
cli.rsand updated the description of the program.I left out the uninstallation section because it used up space and is really obvious
and users will be forced to use our program :D.Read over it. There is probably something I missed or think is obvious when it actually isn't
