This is an exercise in writing a simple, clean, idiomatic web server with only the std lib.

Setup

go get github.com/samolds/port

Run Dev Version

cd $GOPATH/src/github.com/samolds/port
go mod vendor
go install -mod=vendor .../port && ../../../../bin/port
  --port=":8080"
  --static-dir="/Users/samolds/projects/go/src/github.com/samolds/port/static"
  --gae-project-id="samolds"

To Test Everything

cd $GOPATH/src/github.com/samolds/port
go test ./...

To Deploy

In directory with app.yaml

gcloud app deploy
