GDL-36 - Implement referral source for onboarding

Description

Updated discovery field to be called referral.

Implemented new schema Referral and typed the different options in an enum (feel free to add more options there).

I haven't been able to test any of the changes yet or see what it looks like deployed because my docker is broken so please do not merge this in!

Closes #36
