Added definitions for export control

This release includes a new endpoint on Cryptography service.
Given a set of purls and a valid range of versions, the user can:

• Scan for Cryptography Frameworks
• Scan for Cryptography Libraries
• Scan for Cryptography SDKs
• Scan for Security protocols
