Theora is a video format, like webm.

Too be clear, Ogg Vorbis (audio-only files) and Ogg Theora (video with optional audio) are both stored in the Ogg container, but "Ogg files" ending in .ogg are usually the audio kind. Theora is usually .ogv. |
