Currently, there is a succinct selection of tags, which may seem fine but if you try to filter by some of them, it is still very excessive. We can do a better job by adding more of the diverse roles inside an organization, which helps users identify with them easily.
Can you cite resources where to base the content from?

I like the idea of also adding hierarchical / nested tags. IMO it's just a cleaner way of organizing.
I would also consider modifying the tag filters to search by AND instead of OR (or at least provide a toggle). Right now, more tags = less specificity, which is rarely what I would want.

The tags field on each page / framework.
