This is an app build using maven, uses vue 3 for frontend, the main features are:

1. CRUD for users, activities and meals
2. Dashboard with a line chart using chart.js
3. A Contact us component which is reusable Tests using JUnit tests, integration tests Railway deployment at: https://healthtrackerrest-production-a122.up.railway.app/
