Its pretty simple. Set time with UP/Down or type it, select the Adapter (WLAN, Ethernet, VPN etc.) and press GO.
You will be disconnected for x seconds. The status will go from Online to Offline. Once connected again it will go to Online again and your Adapter will be enabled.
