Added a macro for exporting B1+.
This assumes that the B1+ simulation tasks are named with the following convention:
CoilCombinations@Coil_i, where i is the coil number. The macro will also export theExtraTasksif desired.B1+ should be created by normalizing to 0.5 W stimulated power. Unfortunately, CST does not currently have the ability to create B1+ maps through a macro (at least that I can find).
