This code is necessary to process the MPRAGE data, to visualize the B1+ map for subject A (or any other), and the MPRAGE for subject B, thus create figures 2 and 4

This file cannot be merged as is. Few issues:
- it includes analysis code that is already handled by https://github.com/shimming-toolbox/rf-shimming-7t/blob/main/data_processing.ipynb
- it includes cell outputs (outputs should never be pushed on github)
- there is no issue associated with this PR
- the title of this PR is non-specific
I suggest to refactor the code and append it to https://github.com/shimming-toolbox/rf-shimming-7t/blob/main/data_processing.ipynb.
