This Notification plugin will append job status as a comment to a Jira ticket.
Here's a screenshot of the notification:
Big props to rcarz and his fantabulous jira-client that made this plugin possible.
To build the project from source, run: gradle build
.
The resulting jar will be found in build/libs
.
Copy the jar to Rundeck plugins directory. For example, on an RPM installation:
cp build/libs/jira-notification-1.1.0.jar /var/lib/rundeck/libext
or for a launcher:
cp build/libs/jira-notification-1.1.0.jar $RDECK_BASE/libext
Then restart the Rundeck service.
The Jira connection credentials are set in the project.properties file for your project.
