NeuroDAP (Neuroscience Data Analysis Pipeline) is a MATLAB based pipeline for recording, synchronization, preprocessing, and analysis of neuropixel, photometry, camera, and behavior recordings.

It is developed by Shun Li in Bernardo Sabatini lab, Harvard Medical School.
