Fix another bug with MorphologicalRuleOrder.Linear

There was a bug in how unapplication worked for morphological rules with MorphologicalRuleOrder.Linear. I created a test case that provoked the bug, and then I fixed the bug by using PermutationRuleOrder instead of LinearRuleOrder.
