This small release conserves all core functionality, and is made to coincide with the draft of a preprint paper describing the MEMENTO method.

• mutagenesis of a arbitrary number of amino acid residues, by calling the respective MODELLER commands.

Bugfix:

• avoid stalling on plt.close if many files are open, by switching matplotlib backend
