Note that there is currently no way for a Hypothesis user to remove aliases interactively or by means of the Hypothesis API – meaning once a document has been associated with a canonical URL, there isn’t a way to “un-associate” it.
Perhaps it was wrong to add the canonical URL at lobid-blog first. This will need some investigation.

There are two hypothes.is annotations on SkoHub blog posts, see https://hypothes.is/search?q=skohub#
Unofrtunately, the hypothes.is annotation are not associated with the posts at blog.skohub.io and are also not shown anymore on lobid blog. Everything looks fine with regard to https://web.hypothes.is/help/how-hypothesis-interacts-with-document-metadata/#link-relcanonical I believe. However, perhaps it isn't possible to switch to another URL via re=canonical:
