Add initial alpha testing support

Add options to support alpha testing.

• --alpha - flag marks the submission as an alpha test

A new option alpha_testers added to the config.yaml file. Allows specifying a set of genesis token holders permitted to participate in alpha testing of the dApp.

I've made some changes to schema as well as added some checks to ensure developers are not mixing invalid options.

@konoart We would need the request unique ID field back in response to hubspot form submission, that way developers can do the alpha test.
