A couple of corrections regarding Udev rules documentation.
Added an Udev rule to symlink to the serial port.

Work in progress - testing connection to serial to be exact.

For some reason with this Udev rules I still cannot access the symlinked serial as an user.

please add this to the udev rule this instead of stopping ModemManager:

Prevent Solo's debug serial port use by ModemManager

This Udev rule marks the device to be ignored by the MM.
Otherwise using the CDC ACM serial port interface will not be
possible, while its service is running.

Tested on Fedora 29, with ModemManager enabled, using:
$ solotool.py monitor /dev/solokey-serial
Fixes solokeys#62

Edit: now I can access the serial port using user privileges, great!
