  • Optionally (enabled by default) save the resolution of all Windows sizes individually on change (fixes #83) into gui config-file
    (see here for a little description)
  • Calculate the initial resolution of all gui elements based on the screen resolution (based on pull request #81)
  • removed useless usage of the STEAM_ZENITY variable, which just points to system zenity...
