fix: 변경된 dev 서버 도메인으로 변경

• 변경된 dev 서버 도메인으로 변경하지 않아 Swagger에서 GET을 제외한 API에서 CORS 오류가 발생했습니다.
• 이를 해결하기 위해 변경된 dev 서버 도메인으로 corsConfigurationSource를 수정하였습니다.
