📋 작업 내용

• 기능 구현
• 페이지 구조화 및 스타일링

📌 PR Point

• ‘+’ 클릭하여 selected상태일때, 다시 default로 돌아가는 기능 정의 (버튼 다시 클릭하거나, 외부 공간 클릭하거나)
• input:mention에서 enter키를 눌렀을 때 텍스트 색이 파란색이 아닌 흰색으로 되도록 구현
• 멤버 검색 INPUT 커서 전체 노출되도록 구현 (임시, 1번 추가 뒤에는 다시 작아짐)
