Stable release v0.5.0

Noter stable build is released. This release v0.5.0 marks the first release of noter with basic features and some major bug fixes and UI changes.

Changelog:

• Added persistent routing, noter now remembers where you come from.
• Information Banners.
• Now clicking outside of the context menu closes it.
• Removed side margin of app while opening sidebar in mobile devices.
• Added bug report tool.
