Adding the new FP6 position on A1 for moving WF activities away from …

…A3. Note that at this time I chose to use half-integer pixel locations, as opposed to what is stated in https://jira.stsci.edu/browse/JWSTSIAF-276 as of Apr4, 2024, 4:30 EDT. My choice is in line with the half-integer definition of the currently utilized FP1 on A3
