[JWSTSIAF-276] Add apertures to NIRCam to support routine WFS&C #339

This PR will define new aperture locations for WFSC activities on the A1 detector, to support the move from A3, in order to mitigate persistence on A3

…A3. Note that at this time I chose to use half-integer pixel locations, as opposed to what is stated in https://jira.stsci.edu/browse/JWSTSIAF-276 as of Apr4, 2024, 4:30 EDT. My choice is in line with the half-integer definition of the currently utilized FP1 on A3
…n DET coordinates, as per the latest request on JWSTSIAF-276
