The PR is failing due to spinalcordtoolbox/spinalcordtoolbox#4805. I've got a fix on the above branch that I've added in . When that PR gets merged, we can remove this ref: field and test against master again.

In PR #25 (commit 4893e6f), we switched to using the T2 initwarps. But, we haven't done that for the tutorials yet.
