This release replaces the ubuntu-2018-built stitching binary with one targeting the centos-7 operating system. This is to ensure that requirements on GLIBC are as minimal as possible, due to CentOS 7 being released in 2014.

For this release, the version of ANTs was not bumped. Instead, a hotfix was applied to address the underlying Windows build issue.

This is an initial release associated with spinalcordtoolbox/spinalcordtoolbox#2668.

test-release

This release was meant to be a temporary place to store Windows binaries.

However, the release version included in SCT was never changed prior to the release of SCT v5.6, so now this test release must be preserved in order to provide Windows compatibility for that version.

ctrDetect

This release acts a backup of the ctrDetect binaries, in case they ever stop being hosted on https://www.creatis.insa-lyon.fr/site7/en/ctrDetect.

binaries_dev

This release is meant to store built binaries for spinalcordtoolbox/dev/isct_dice_coefficient and spinalcordtoolbox/dev/isct_propseg.

Notes:

1. Currently, the Windows binaries do not contain built versions of isct_propseg, due to spinalcordtoolbox/spinalcordtoolbox#3694.

2. Prior to 2022-05-11, the macOS/linux binaries were stored on OSF:

   • macOS link: https://osf.io/vph5x/
   • Linux link: https://osf.io/xspq2/

   However, these files are now stored in this release, following the suggestion from this comment.
