Hi there,
I am a PhD student in AI with applications to the legal domain. In particular, I study the European Court of Human Rights and currently works on the ECHR Open Data, a project to provide high quality data about the European Court of Human Rights.
Additionally, I work on several open-source projects related to AutoML and new techniques for classification based on Hypergraphs.
The funds will be used to maintain the server that handle ECHR Open Data website and is used for continuous integration and to regenerate the database every months
Currently the server and DNS are paid by myself. If possible I would like to upgrade the server to something that would allow to regenerate the language models on a regular basis (currently it needs to be done offline on a powerful machine). On top of that, any additional sponsor helps me to sustain my research through conference or equipment.
My current research interests span different areas of Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence:
- Stochastic Sequence Hypergraphs for classification,
- Explainability,
- AutoML & Automated data preparation,
- Application of AI to the justice domain.
Previously I also worked on:
- Online hyperparameter tuning,
- Multiobjective discrete optimization.
