Who am I?

Hi, my name is Luis, I'm a computer engineering student from Brazil.
I really enjoy programming, for me is kinda like magic, the closest to it.
My favorite language is by far C, I think it's intuitive and fun to program in it, especially due to its powerful simplicity. However, I also program in Python, JavaScript, some C++ (for college homework and stuff) and Java, although, I'd say Java is also another one that I learned mostly for curiosity and college projects.
I love working with GUI projects, both in C and Python, and have started to implement them in most of my projects, but I'm also an avid script writer on Linux, which has been my OS since 2013, usually going between Pop_OS and other distros, but mainly Pop_OS for Nvidia related issues.
I'm also married to an amazing wife with whom I share the most wonderful moments of my days, and also three beautiful dogs for good measure!

How important is a sponsor for me?

Currently, I have two projects that require more of my time and attention:

• SMT Automatic Key Generator
• Zeit AI Video Editor

These are both complex projects that demand a lot of time and research, which I don't have due to having to work odd jobs to support myself. Being a mature university student, with little family support due to being older is very taxing to the time and effort I have available to put in the work I need to achieve the goals I have.

What am I working on?

SMT for Automated Reverse Engineering Framework

SMT Automatic Key Generator, which applies the Satisfiability Modulo Theory to automate the process of binary analysis and reverse engineering. This is a scientific research project at Universidade Federal do Parana, Brazil.

What is already working...

• Disassembly of ELF and PE32 files
• Translation into OPENREIL
• GUI (needs improvements)

• Integrating translated binary instructions into z3 expressions
• Fine-tuning the algorithm to automatically find satisfiable conditions
• GUI improvements such as labels, dimensions, scaling, appearance

Zeit - AI Video Editor

This is a website where a user can upload a video to be automatically edited, subtitled, trimmed, and exported in their desired resolution. The demographic we're targetting is that of long-form video creators who can't afford an editor or time to edit themselves. Our goal is to provide a great, fast, and secure service, and enable more people to create the content they want to make.
