Who am I?

Hi. I am the maintainer of Baileys and whatsmeow, two prominent WhatsApp Web API automation projects. I used to work on maintaining the whatsapp-web.js project too.

What is this Program?

This is a sponsors program in order to allow me to continue my work in the open-source sector, and pay for costs related to open-source development. To the right (and down), you can see the tiers listed.

How are the funds being used?

• Donations to other members of the community, I donated 500$ a while ago to @vphelipe after their work on the 66e id issue
• Domain registration fees, currently the WhiskeySockets project operates 5 domains, 3 aren't in use yet.
• Discord bot, webpage hosting fees
• Cloud fees for Baileys tests, among phone number fees for numbers used to test Baileys
• Other expenses needed for the health and sustenance of the project.
