About Me
Hi, I'm Rafael Sadowski—known in the BSD community as rsadowski. I’m a Lead Consultant by profession, where I specialize in DevSecOps and cloud-native software development, helping large organizations solve complex IT challenges with secure, resilient solutions. I’m also deeply committed to free and open-source software (FOSS), with a particular focus on software development and porting.
In my spare time, I’m actively contributing to OpenBSD, a secure, multi-platform UNIX-like operating system based on 4.4BSD. Since 2017, I’ve had the privilege of being an OpenBSD developer with commit access, working on projects that strengthen the platform's reliability, security, and performance.
By supporting me, you’re directly investing in the growth of OpenBSD as a viable, secure desktop system. Your sponsorship empowers me to dedicate more time and resources to refining user experience, compatibility, and performance within OpenBSD, bringing it closer to a powerful open-source desktop option for users.
Thank you for considering joining me on this journey towards a more open, secure, and versatile desktop experience.
As a sponsor, you’ll also receive a monthly newsletter on the 23rd of each month. This update includes the latest information on my work progress, current projects, and insights into my development process. Thank you for considering joining me on this journey towards a more open, secure, and versatile desktop experience.
