Included docs for the new
dialectoption and theformatDialect()function together with it.Not yet replacing the main docs in README that advertise using
format(). Especially as version 12 is not out yet, and also it might not be relevant to all users. Probably will suggest it more clearly in the readme when the version 12 gets finally out. For now, it should be good enough to just have it documented in some way.Refs #452
