Improvements & Fixes

The bundled Lutris json installation file has been removed and is now, instead, created on the fly in a temp directory
Added support for the EPTU
UI widths adjusted slightly for Zenity 4.x
The -t/--target command line argument has been changed to use a space instead of an equals sign. New usage: lug-helper.sh --target [live|ptu|eptu]
