Bugfix and Improvements

• add reserved_name/reserved_range to enum
• update embeded descriptor.pb file in protoc.lua to latest version
• add hooks for message encoding
• add proto3 optional support (use proto3_optional or experimental_allow_proto3_optional flags to protoc.lua)
