Minor cleanup
- Moved the EQ Mixer Page to a function
- Fixed variable misname newValue to value
- Mapping for Gain, Q Factor and Filter Type Completed. Not currently used.
- Fixed (mostly) startup bug which was introduced with 12.0.20
Still glitches after first bank shift but all subsequent bank shifts are fine.
- Added code for U-man that demonstrates states for write automation/record (currently commented out)
- Updated documentation
