It was decided that we are not updating the micro version any more but going for a minor as the code is mature enough.

The related PSyclone 2.4.0 release is stfc/PSyclone#2108.

Required fparser issues/PRs to be completed:

@reuterbal, are you OK if we make a release or are there any critical bugs that it would be good to fix first?

0.1.0 has been released and @ZedThree 's new functionality to automatically upload the release to pypi worked! Happy days.
