Add AMI IDs for openshift 4.14

Since we resolve specific AMI IDs for different OCP releases, we need to pick AMI IDs -- even if they aren't official IDs for the release. This is trying out some AMI IDs I found that I hope will work fine. Signed-off-by: Gus Parvin <[email protected]> (cherry picked from commit 6083328)
