Pass headers

Pass headers like MX PLayer in streams.

/stream link|Header1=Value&Header2=value

Have you tested with these changes ?, Because it seems its not working for me.
And if possible add and example in readme also.

It was working locally, but not on deployment. Will fix soon

Its working for me locally using python main.py.
But if you deploy it on heroku or use start.sh it will pull your repo instead hence won't work.

Try locally and then tell.
