Added files/modified files to enable pull to refresh.
Files also contain some customization for South Bay Church, so you may want to just pull files that I emailed previously. Basically, EGO_._ and ViewController. should be implemented to accommodate the updates.
More page image is now a link to iTunes podcast so user can opt to download content to their iphone/ipod touch.
Sorry it took me so long to figure out how to use git/github.
