Prune forest

Forests are now pruned of dead trees, and large forests prune smaller and older trees (users that have not performed any actions in a while) in favour of newer and larger ones

Add Bloom network impact org

We are thrilled to welcome https://bloomnetwork.earth/ as an impact org on the Grow page!

Impact NFT improvements (indicate current level)

The Lock page now shows the amount of yield needed to reach the next level of the impact nft, and disables the upgrade button (with a popup explainer) if the next level is not available yet. Note - topping up locked gSOL is not yet available.

Fix forest link

The link and QR code that allows you to share your forest was not working - this release fixes it.
