This project is about simulating Token Bucket. I have 1 thread for Generating Tokens, Creating packets and 2 threads for servers servicing these packets. Use concepts from multi threading such as thread creation, synchronization, cancellation,cleanup, condition sleep, signals, broadcast. For more info see w2-Read-Me.txt
