Cookies and more!

This release contains many updates since the last release, including an improved usage of cookies for tracking user progress on the survey as well as many efficiency improvements in how the survey is ultimately rendered. In combination with a new sd_question_custom() function, these improvements give users more flexibility in how to create customized survey questions, which we demo in the leaflet and plotly demos.

Cookies enabled

As of v0.5.0, {surveydown} can now restore the survey state for a respondent via browser cookies (e.g., if they refresh the page). In addition, a new translations feature was added in v0.4.2.
