this pr removes the workaround we had where templates for
createwere being built in a child process during rollup builds (this was necessary because the build script accesses certain packages that are only available increate). this wasn't idealinstead, we'll expose the build script through a
./buildexport condition so that the rollup config can access and execute it directly
