Article submission

The scripts are kept as they were used for creating article plots. The optimization is desirable, but since it doesn't influence the results described in the paper we leave it for the future releases. Read the readme file for details before executing the scripts, feel free to contact the authors and create issues on github. All the datasets are available from GEO except raw bead-level Illumina GSE37614 data, which was deposited to this repository.
