- Added 'hostgroup_settings' column (JSON-Formatted) to 'mysql_hostgroup_attributes' and it's counterpart 'runtime_mysql_hostgroup_attributes' table to accommodate new hostgroup attributes.
- Upgrade 'mysql_hostgroup_attributes' table schema to latest version.
- Added missing 'servers_defaults' column in ProxySQL cluster syncing.
