Notes:

This script assumes that auto.js lives in the working directory of the JVM. I'm not sure what that is for the roboRIO, but you could verify the location by adding a Java program that printed the result of Paths.get("").toAbsolutePath().toString();.
As you probably guessed by looking at auto.js, the auto should just try to shoot.
