Adds an optional field for setting the coordinator that is running the given dlctix event. This allows the coordinator to dictate who is allowed into the event, making it so all possible winners the coordinator knows about. This is an optional field as there may be times where this is not needed. There are some additional code cleanups in this PR as well.
