TS3Plugin Volume Options v 0.9.3 beta

First basic release with original planned features.

Windows 7+ or Server 2008 R2+ only

-Process black and whitelists.
-Volume delay on restore.
-Fixed or % volume change.
-TS3 interface: individual client or channel exclusion.
(option to change only active sessions)

-Now has a configuration GUI.

Planned for 2.0:
Support for linux will come later and some new options
like individual settings per audio device and support for multiple instances.

New release: (fixed some gui bugs, still incomplete but working)

TS3Plugin Volume Options v0.7.319

-Added new configure file .ini can be found at "C:\Users_user_\AppData\Roaming\TS3Client"
for now is the only way to change settings, gui on next release.
-Many new options, documented on .ini.
-Half done context menus.

note: delete old ini file, let it create a new one and then modify it.

-Added some documentation about code.

Working ts3 plugin beta

A working plugin, no configuration interface yet, made only to test the core. Default volume reduction when other users talk: 0.5 (next version will offer config)
