Two important usability improvements:
-scand -pwdadded to allow skipping config confirmations. These flags, when used cautiously, allow for easily running the disputable-values-monitor as a system service.monitored-feeds.jsonconfig file as a simple way to select chains to monitor on that can be different from the endpoints.yaml file that telliot requires for checking prices.
